Pregnancy Chime Bells are generally worn on very long necklace chains (35cm) so that the harmony ball rests on the stomach of the pregnant woman. From about 16-20 weeks into the pregnancy, the unborn baby will hear the soft chimes sound coming from the harmony ball. The soft chiming sound is said to soothe the unborn baby and can even have calming benefits for mom-to-be.
Once baby is born, many moms hang the chime necklace around the car seat or on the pram, when travelling - as the melody can relax baby by reminding them of being safe in mommy's tummy.
